Par for the Course – Dad Meetup Night

April 22th, 8:00PM EST

Step away from the grind and join a casual, golf-themed Zoom meetup built for dads who want real conversation, connection, and community.

Fatherhood can be a lot of things at once: rewarding, hilarious, exhausting, fulfilling, and occasionally complete chaos.

That’s exactly why we’re having the Par for the Course Dad Meetup Night.

It’s is not a webinar, or a lecture, or a networking event disguised as “community.”

This is a relaxed, golf-themed night for dads to show up, talk honestly, and spend time with other men who get it.

Hosted by Paul Sullivan and The Company of Dads, this virtual meetup is designed to create space for the conversations dads rarely get enough of: how parenting is really going this year, what’s working at home, what’s not, how to stay connected to your kids, and yes, a little golf talk too.

Whether you’re juggling work, school drop-offs, activities, bedtime routines, or just trying to find your footing in this season of fatherhood, this night is for you.

You do not need to know anyone.
You do not need to be a golfer.
You do not need to have it all figured out.

You just need to show up.

If you’ve been wanting more connection, more honest conversation, and more community with other dads, don’t sit this one out.

What is a Lead Dad?

Lead Dads are men who are the go-to parents, whether they work full time, part time, or devote all their time to their families. They support their spouse’s careers, change diapers, plan pediatrician appointments, and generally get stuff done. They may feel isolated but there are over 25 million of them in America today. That’s a third of all fathers.

About the Company of Dads

The Company of Dads is a community and an advocate for the Dad who is the lead parent in his family. We call him a Lead Dad. It can be a lonely role at home and an undercover one at work. We offer resources, support, and community, so Lead Dads feel connected to other men doing the same thing. We go to bat for Lead Dads in the community and within companies. Small changes in perception or policy can have a big impact, and taken together they can help families fulfill their full potential.
