What Does a Lead Dad Do On a Holiday Monday?

Today is Presidents’ Day. It’s also a day that every school-age child in America has off.

So today’s pick is:

Do something with your kids!

Don’t Work.

Take them for a walk.

Watch a movie, if the weather is bad. (If you’re feeling presidential, the film version of that early American political drama, Hamilton, is wildly entertaining and worth the $6 on Disney Plus.)

Go skiing – that’s where I am – or head to the beach.

Walk the dogs together (or hunt for the cats under the furniture).

Just don’t work. You’re only going to get 18 Presidents’ Days with your kids so make the most of them.

And remember if the CEO of Twitter can take time off to be with his children, so can you!
