Dads…We’re in this together.

 
The Company of Dads is trying to make all Dads better. We Lead Dads are in a position to balance our kids’ needs and schedules, wives’ careers and our own career goals. But, hey, we understand that not every Dad can do this. If you’re traveling for work four days a week, or commuting hours each way to work or unable to control your schedule and your time, it’s going to be tough.

But frankly we’ve got some bad optics. Thanksgiving comes once a year, guys. That kind of sit-by-the-TV, dose-off-while-bellying-rubbing sloth, it’s not an every day event. It’s a holiday thing. Frankly some of you are, like, 5 percent Lead Dads. That’s not good. We’ve gotten emails from your wives.

Can we help you? Yes. Maybe we get you to 35 percent Lead Dad? That’s a massive improvement. You can do a bit more around the house, be a little more engaged with what the kids need, maybe cut back on your weeknight fun and weekend day sojourns?
