Big, big news.
I sold a book in December and it was officially announced!
Here’s the write-up in Publishers Marketplace:
Parenting
Former New York Times columnist and founder of The Company of Dads Paul Sullivan’s DAD’S HOME, a roadmap for fathers and their families to thrive, with advice for dads to step up in their roles, standing in stark opposition to the bro culture and toxic masculinity still dominating conversations around manhood, to Dan Ambrosio at Diversion Books, for publication in spring 2027, by Christy Fletcher and Laurie-Maude Chenard at UTA (world English).
The announcement comes a few weeks ahead of the fourth anniversary of me launching The Company of Dads. It’ll be my third book, but the one I’m most invested in and excited about writing. It’s also a book that people at conferences and events have asked about – as in, why haven’t you written a book about what you’re doing?
My goal is for the book to spread more widely the work we’ve been doing to help families (moms, dads, kids) fulfill their full potential by normalizing the role of men being Lead Dads – and being a resource for all those fathers who have quietly stepped into that role already.
And now the writing begins. Stay tuned. The book will be out for Mother’s and Father’s Days next year, 2027.
