Big news: my next book – on fatherhood – is done and I can finally talk about it!
It’s called: “Lead Dad: A Guide for Families to be More Connected and Less Stressed”.
I’ve got a few edits left but I’m pleased that my editor Dan Ambrosio at Diversion Books likes what he’s read! It comes out in April 2027 – in time for Mother’s and Father’s Day gifts! – and will be distributed by Simon & Schuster.
What can you expect?
The book draws on what we’ve been doing for fathers – aka Lead Dads – working mothers and corporate human resources teams for the past five years at The Company of Dads
It’s broken down into five sections – Becoming a Lead Dad, At Home, In Your Community, Working While Parenting, and Changing the Workplace from Inside – and written in short, actionable chapters.
